After the age of 25, our hormones change (especially in women), so may start to develop adult acne. Chronic stress (also more common in women) can also be a trigger for adult acne.

I use half a dropper of this twice daily after double cleansing (also Dermalogica) and before moisturising. I love that it is light enough for me to use in my morning routine and makeup layers perfectly on top.

This two-in-one spot treatment reduces the appearance of active breakouts and post-breakout marks. Salicylic Acid works to clear breakouts, while Niacinamide and Hexylresorcinol work synergistically to fade post-breakout marks, improving uneven skin tone. The AGE Bright Spot Fader* stops breakouts in their tracks before they have the chance to fully develop. I’m prone to really deep under-the-skin monsters that appear like clockwork every month, but this super effective cream has been amazing for reducing the inflammation without drying out my skin.
The formula is creamy but not heavy, sinking into the skin really quickly leaving no residue behind. I apply a small amount of the cream (right after the serum) on to my finger and press lightly on top of the unwanted friend. Within 2-3 days, it’s as if it was never there!
I haven’t tried either of these but I would love to – anything that helps pigmentation is always going to grab my attention! xx
