Hello lovely people! Thank you for stopping by – I hope you’re having a wonderful time with me here on my lil’ slice of the internet! You’re probably here on this About Page ’cause you want to know a wee bit more about me, why I created my blog and what you’ll find here – so here it is! Hopefully you’ll find the answers you’re looking for, but if not please feel free to contact me!
Hi! I'm Stephanie, a Scottish blogger based in Glasgow. I moved here (from a tiny Scottish island called the Isle of Bute) to study Speech and Language Therapy, fell in love with the city and didn't want to leave!
You'll most likely find me sipping coffee, dreaming up my next blog post (or taking an online quiz to find out which type of tree I am - I'm a sucker for these!) or chatting with you lovely lot over on my other social platforms.
I initially created this blog as a way of sharing the beauty products I was loving with my friends, as many of them would come to me for recommendations before purchasing anything. I'm a rather effective enabler - you have been warned.
Over the years, I've gained a few thousand more friends via the interwebs (hi, that's you - welcome to the fam!) to share my thoughts on all things beauty, fashion and lifestyle with.
First things first - I ain't a fashionista, but I do like playing with clothes and accessories. I'm not quite sure how I'd describe my style, but I like to wear clothes that make me feel 'put-together' and would rather err on the side of classic rather than super trendy. I'm still in the phase of trying to figure out my own personal style, so thought I would share my journey with you here! (PS. If you are good with fashion-y things, please feel free to help a gal out and tell me if I look straight up ridiculous)
The Lifestyle category here will pretty much encompass everything that doesn't belong to Beauty and Fashion. I love reading about how other people live their lives and what works for them - so thought I would share some more personal life things here too. I'm really in to living a more considered and intentional lifestyle at the moment, so I'll hopefully be able to share more of that with you soon. For now, you can find posts such as 'How To Be A Morning Person' and 'Sunday Habits for a Stress Free Week' - keep an eye out for what's to come!
