Simple Burgundy Eyeshadow – Soft Glam Makeup

This simple burgundy eyeshadow makeup look is perfect for transitioning from Summer to Autumn – especially for a special event/occasion! The warm, red tones are just beautiful for this time of year and look amazing on all eye colours!  This look is also quick and easy to create, as it’s mostly just the one burgundy shade all over the lid – super simple, minimal effort, maximum impact!

So pretty! You have the nicest eyes for eyeshadow. My eyes are hooded so they’re a pain to deal with.

Oh, thank you! My eyes are pretty hooded too, but some days less so than others! My eyes are also quite deep set, so I can get a bit frustrated when I see makeup looks on people with a totally different eye shape that I know just won’t look quite as good on mine. I try to work with what I’ve got though, and if I *really* want to wear a something like a winged liner look, I’ll pull my hair back into a tight ponytail and give myself a mini face lift to open up my eyes a bit! x
